1. What Batch & Go is

Batch & Go is a free web app for tracking food, weight, injections, side effects and related wellbeing data while using GLP-1 medications, together with batch-cooking recipes and meal planning tools. It is provided free of charge, as-is.

2. Not medical advice

Batch & Go is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie and protein targets, medication level estimates, insights, recipes, and AI assistant responses are general information only. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber, pharmacist, or GP. Never change your dose or medication schedule based on anything in this app.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to abuse the app's features (including the AI assistant). We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batch & Go is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
