Who we are

Batch & Go (batchandgo.co.uk) is a free tracking and meal-planning tool for people using GLP-1 medications, operated from the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@batchandgo.co.uk.

What we collect

Without an account, everything you log (food, weight, injections, side effects, sleep, water, measurements) is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never reaches our servers.

With an account, we store your email address, profile details (name, age, sex, height, weight, activity level, medication and dose), and the data you log: food entries, weight entries, injection records, exercise, and any progress photos you upload. Health-related information is special category data under UK GDPR; we process it solely to provide the tracking features you ask for, on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by deleting your account.

Where it's stored

Account data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) with row-level security, so your rows are readable only by you. Progress photos live in a private storage bucket and are served through short-lived signed links that only you can generate. The site is hosted on Vercel.

AI assistant

If you use the nutrition assistant, your question plus a short summary of your day (medication name, remaining macro targets, any side effects you selected) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. This data is not used to train models and is not stored by us beyond the chat session on your device.

Emails and notifications

Weekly summary emails are opt-in and sent via Resend; you can switch them off in your Profile at any time. Push notification reminders are opt-in and can be disabled from the Injections page or your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not track you across sites or store personal identifiers. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your Profile page — deletion is immediate and irreversible. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Batch & Go provides tracking tools and general information only. It is not a medical device and nothing in the app is medical advice — always consult your prescriber or GP about your medication and health.
